Failure to give DG Home Design and Staging more than 48hr notice will result in a $1000 emergency destage fee if destage occurs on weekdays and $1500 emergency destage fee if destage needs to be completed on a weekend. This fee will be strictly enforced.

I confirm no decorative items will be left in the property other than all DG Home Design and Staging initially displayed for the purposes of expedited removal. Client is not to move or pack any of DG Home Design and Staging items per the staging agreement.
